We recommend our guests fly into Denver International Airport by Thursday 09/22. For guests interested in exploring Colorado and the mountains we recommend renting a vehicle.

We’ve reserved a block of rooms for wedding guests at the Hilton Inverness in Denver, CO.  Please book your stay using the button below in order to receive the roundtrip shuttle to/from the wedding venue. Our Afterparty will be held at the hotel’s brewery and game house following the reception.
 
The room block is for Thursday, September 22nd through Saturday, September 24th. You must book your room by August 24, 2022, to receive the special room rate.
 
*Please note: This booking link is very strict. If you need a room on any nights outside of the blocked dates, please make an online reservation in the block first and then reach out to the hotel directly at 1-888-621-7948. Please refer to the special group code PB09. 
 
Book Room
Rooms include complimentary valet, self-parking, Wi-Fi, shuttle that runs within a 5-mile radius of the property, and access to the hotel’s Adventure Vault where guests can utilize bikes, cornhole, and other indoor/outdoor games. The Hilton Denver Inverness is a golf course resort property. Within the hotel, guests have access to the spa and fitness center, Breckenridge Brewery Ale and Game House, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and both indoor/outdoor pools.

Transportation to Venue

Hotel Shuttle

Transportation will be provided to and from the Hilton Inverness to Spruce Mountain Ranch for guests who booked under the hotel block (group code PB09). Reservations booked through other travel sites (i.e., Expedia, Priceline, Honors Discount) are not qualified to receive the transportation.
*Shuttle will depart from the Hilton Inverness at 3:00pm

Uber/Lyft

Spruce Mountain Ranch is located in a remote area where Ubers/Lyfts will be hard to come by after the reception. We recommend scheduling a pickup from the venue ahead of time.  
*Please keep in mind the Wedding afterparty will be held back at the Hilton Inverness Brewery and Game House

Driving Yourself

Spruce Mountain does have parking available if you wish to drive yourself. The ceremony and reception will be held at the Upper Ranch – Trey’s Vista & The Spruce Room. A venue map can be found at the link below.
*No overnight parking is allowed

Our hotel block at The Hilton Denver Inverness is 30 mins from the Denver International Airport.

Hotel → Venue

The wedding venue, Spruce Mountain Ranch, is 30 mins from the Hotel. Shuttle to and from the venue is included if you book through the hotel block. Booking details are listed below.
